Can Spelsberg supply e-bike charging stations for a café?

Our BCS Pure and Smart charging solutions are designed for exactly this kind of application. Both are equipped with integrated connectors and are compatible with the common Shimano and Bosch systems, so customers do not need to bring their own.

Electric bikes (e-bikes) are becoming extremely popular, so having charging stations next to your café can help you acquire new customers and promote sustainable mobility.

When selecting a charging facility, it is important to consider its flexibility and user-friendliness, its reliability and how easy it is to maintain. The ideal solution for your customers should be easy to find and should support a wide range of e-bike models. To let you run your café without having to worry about your stations, they should also be rugged and offer intuitive condition monitoring tools.

The Smart version comes with an app, which helps users locate the nearest BCS station and offers key metrics on usage, maintenance and unit status. It can also activate or deactivate the e-charging infrastructure if needed.

To maximise their robustness, our charging points offer an ingress protection (IP) rating of IP54, preventing dust and water splashes from entering their structures, as well as IK08 impact resistance, one of the highest industrial levels. When it comes to adverse weather conditions, the BCS range withstands extreme temperatures ranging between -25 ˚C and +40 ˚C.
